Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: 3 – 6 pm. Other arrangements available on request.
• Early check-in: An hour or two earlier may be possible for a fee.
• Check-out: 11 am.

Payment

• Cash (Canadian dollars only), credit, or debit accepted.
• No personal cheques.
• No deposit required for individual bookings.

Group bookings

• A $500 deposit may be required.
• Fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival.
• Non-refundable inside 30 days if cancelled, reduced in numbers, or shortened.

Group gatherings

Welcome in the historic schoolhouse and on the back patio.

• Gatherings of more than four people are not permitted in any bedroom — even if all attendees are registered guests.
• While we understand this policy may not suit every group, it helps us maintain a peaceful environment and preserve the property.

Children & occupancy

• Children are welcome — the property is best suited to ages 12 and up due to antique furnishings and a quiet atmosphere.
• Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.
• One cot allowed for one child in Annex Rooms 5 and 6 only. $10 surcharge per child per night unless there is only one adult. Prior notice required.

Pets & service animals

• Pets are not allowed, except service animals.
• Paperwork required at check-in. Vest required in common areas. Advance notice required.
• Service animals are accepted only in Suites 5 and 6 to keep other rooms allergen-free.
• The owners may have two dogs on the property; we will keep them away from guests on request.

Parking

• One dedicated, off-street parking spot per room.
• Additional free parking available on public streets.

Smoking & vaping

• No smoking or vaping in buildings, on balconies, or in outdoor common areas.
• Designated smoking area only.
• Violations result in immediate reservation termination without refund, plus a $250 cleaning fee if smoking is found indoors.

Quiet hours

Quiet mode begins at 10 pm daily.

• Lights dimmed or off.
• Guests asked to minimize noise so others can rest.

Damages

Negligent, careless, or intentional damages are charged to room occupants.
